The dragons feel so alive and integral to the magic system—I'm curious whether they were based on traditional lore or something entirely new.

Some chapters felt more introspective, which added depth but also made me wonder if it was meant to build suspense or character development.

The internal conflict made the story feel more personal, and I wonder how much of that was planned versus developed during writing.
