The way they struggle with duty versus love made me think about what I’d choose in their place. Did their choices feel believable?

Switching between the two main characters gave a fuller picture of the conflict, but I wonder if it was planned from the start or added later?

The descriptions were intense but clear, making the action feel real. I’m curious whether this clarity was intentional or a happy accident.
