I loved the characters but felt the story dragged a bit mid-way. Was that just me or do others think it was a deliberate choice to develop the characters more deeply?

The school environment felt so authentic and relatable. I'm curious whether the author drew from personal experiences or crafted it entirely from imagination.

The tension was fun to read, but I guessed the outcome pretty early. Did others see a different path the story could have taken?
