Incarceron: La Prigione Vivente

The setting feels almost like a character itself, with a life of its own. I'm curious what inspired the creation of such a haunting, labyrinthine prison.

Both characters seem to have complex motivations, and I kept questioning who was truly in the right or wrong. Would love to hear others' thoughts.

The shifting viewpoints added layers to the plot, but I wonder if that was planned from the start or developed as the story evolved.
