The tension and passion felt so intense, but I wondered if that was amplified by the writing or truly how the characters interacted. Did it feel authentic to others?

The world-building combined sci-fi and erotica in a way I haven't seen before. I'm curious whether this was a deliberate choice or evolved naturally during writing.

It felt like the biggest twist came out of nowhere, but maybe that's just my reading preferences. Did others find the pacing in that part satisfying or abrupt?
