The dark, romantic atmosphere really drew me in, but I wonder what sparked the author's unique take on paranormal creatures and their world.

The characters' moral dilemmas made me question what I would do in their place. Was it just me, or did their decisions feel really believable?

The pacing between passionate moments and intense action felt just right. I'm curious whether this was planned from the start or developed during writing.
