The characters’ shifting allegiances kept me on edge, but I wondered how much of that was planned versus organic. Did anyone else pick up on clues early?

The claustrophobic setting really heightened the suspense, but I’m curious whether that was a deliberate decision to focus on character dynamics or if it grew from the plot.

The story barely gave a moment to breathe, which made the stakes feel even higher. Did the author aim for this high-octane feel from the start?
