The characters' ambitions and betrayals kept me on edge, but I wondered if their actions were justified or just plain cruel.

The concept adds such high stakes and tension — I’m curious whether this idea came from classic myth, modern stories, or something else entirely.

While I understand these moments build character and world, they also made me wish for more action. Do others think it was necessary or could it have been tighter?
