The Tournament at Gorlan

While I enjoyed the action, I guessed some of the outcomes early on. Was that just me or did others see the twists coming?

The variety of events kept things exciting, but I wonder if the author based them on real competitions or created them from imagination.

There are some funny moments amidst the adventure, which made the characters more relatable. Did anyone else feel the tone shifted unexpectedly?
