The seaside backdrop feels so integral to the characters' journeys. I wonder if the author chose it to evoke certain feelings or memories.

The different viewpoints added richness, but I’m curious whether that structure was planned from the start or evolved during writing.

I found myself rooting for characters who embraced new chapters in their lives. It made me wonder how much of their growth was inspired by the setting.
