The combination felt fresh and exciting, but I wonder if the author drew from specific folklore or just imagined this unique twist.

I loved the moments that humanized the troll, making me question who the real monsters are. Was that intentional or did it evolve naturally?

The tension built up nicely, but I’m curious whether this was planned from the start or developed during writing.
