The emotional depth added a compelling layer to the mystery, but I wonder if it was a deliberate attempt to humanize the detective or if it evolved naturally during writing.

While I loved the character development, those parts felt a bit slower compared to the intense investigation sections. Was that balance intentional?

Switching perspectives kept me guessing, but I’m curious whether this was planned from the beginning or added in during revisions for more complexity.
