Poison's Kiss

The characters walk such a fine line between good and evil, which made me wonder if this was a conscious choice to challenge traditional hero/villain roles.

The magic system and setting felt vividly realized but also full of hidden threats. I'm curious if the author mapped out this dangerous world in detail beforehand.

The mix of intense magic and passionate relationships really drew me in, but I wonder what sparked the idea to combine these elements in this way.
