The tension between the characters was palpable, but I wondered if it was exaggerated for drama or really reflected their personalities. How did others interpret their motivations?

The world-building around Eden's different sides added a lot of depth, but I'm curious whether this was planned from the beginning or developed as the story evolved.

The pacing feels just right, but I wonder if the romantic scenes were meant to be a counterpoint to the tension or if they grew organically alongside the plot.
