The claustrophobic environment adds so much tension, but I wonder if the author based it on real places or imagined it entirely.

The buildup was intense, but the middle chapters seemed to drag a bit — was that intentional to build suspense or just how the story unfolded?

The science felt authentic but didn’t overwhelm the story. Curious if it was based on personal knowledge or extensive research.
