As someone familiar with the setting, I wondered how much of the hospital environment was based on real experiences. Did others feel the details added to the suspense or felt a bit exaggerated?

The limited reveal made her character intriguing but also kept me guessing about her motives. I wonder if this was planned from the start or evolved as the story developed.
