The Alien's Obsession

The world-building of alien societies adds so much depth, but I wonder how much was planned versus developed organically during writing.

The passion was palpable, but I’m curious if others felt the relationship developed naturally or if it moved quickly to keep the story engaging.

Sometimes the spice felt very central, but I wondered if it overshadowed the emotional growth. Would love to hear thoughts on this.
