The backdrop of high school life adds a lot of context to the characters' choices and relationships. I'm curious how much of the setting was inspired by real experiences or purely fictional.

Some characters seemed like classic high school archetypes, which made me wonder if that was intentional or if there was more depth that I missed.

The protagonist's journey felt very relatable, and I wonder what motivated the author to explore these themes in a high school setting.
