The action scenes kept coming so quickly that I struggled to keep up at times. Was this intentional to build tension or just a side effect of the writing style?

The world-building felt so vivid and unique. I'm curious whether Marie Lu drew from existing myths or created everything from scratch.

The romance felt genuine amidst all the chaos, but I found myself rooting for certain pairings more than others. Did anyone else feel the same?
