The intense focus on a single night really amplified the stakes and chemistry. I wonder if this was a way to heighten the tension or to explore the characters' vulnerabilities in a limited timeframe.

I loved the world-building but also wondered if the paranormal elements could have been more fleshed out or if they were intentionally kept light for the novella format.

The romance was hot but also felt meaningful. Did the pacing of the steamy moments serve the story well or leave you wanting more depth in the relationship?
