The shift from hostility to attraction was intense but also felt a bit sudden at times. Did the characters’ development convince others that this was earned?

The setting feels so vivid and immersive. I'm curious whether the author based it on existing mythologies or created something entirely new from scratch.

The romance scenes are quite steamy but never overshadow the fantasy plot. I wonder what guided the pacing between these two aspects.
