The story kept me on the edge of my seat, but I wonder how much planning went into those unexpected turns. Did the plot evolve during writing or was it mapped out from the start?

Some chapters felt a bit slower, but I guess that might have been intentional to develop characters or atmosphere. Would love to hear others' thoughts on the rhythm of the story.

The characters felt so real and complex, which made the mystery even more engaging. Did anyone feel particularly connected to a character's choices or motivations?
