The blend of medical ethics and suspense feels very timely. I'm curious whether real cases or personal experiences influenced the setting.

While detailed, those moments made me wonder if they were necessary or if they could have been tighter to maintain tension.

The structure kept me guessing, and I’d love to know if this was a conscious choice to build suspense or evolved during writing.
