The selection feels so intentional and diverse, but I wonder what criteria or inspiration guided the choices behind each figure.

While I loved the spotlight on trailblazing women, it made me think about all the others who also deserve recognition. How do we decide who to celebrate?

The A-Z structure makes it accessible and engaging for kids, but I’m curious whether that was a conscious choice to make history more approachable.
