The world-building feels so rich and imaginative—I'm curious whether it was inspired by real places or entirely from the author's imagination.

Their loyalty and struggles made me root for them, but I also wondered how much of that was shaped by the author’s own experiences with animals.

It added depth to the characters, but I wonder if that voice was based on real animal behavior or purely fictionalized for storytelling.
