The setting feels so visceral and immersive, I wonder what sparked the idea for this dark urban landscape and its lore.

The way they grapple with their past and powers made me think about how much our sense of self can be tested in extreme situations.

It kept me on edge but also made me curious if balancing these genres was a challenge during writing.
