The shifting viewpoints added layers to the mystery but also made me wonder if that was planned from the start or developed during writing.

I found myself wanting more momentum, but I also appreciated the character development during those chapters.

The remote location felt almost like a character itself and added to the atmosphere of isolation and suspense.
