The mine feels so atmospheric and integral to the story — was it based on a real place or entirely fictional? I wonder how much research went into creating this environment.

The slow burn was satisfying, but I kept wondering if the pacing allowed for enough emotional depth to really invest in their relationship.

It’s always tricky to weave supernatural lore without overshadowing the love story. I’d love to hear what guided those creative choices.
