The description of the creatures felt both terrifying and strangely believable. I'm curious whether the author drew inspiration from actual animals or designed them entirely from imagination.

The way the story portrayed nature as a relentless, deadly force made me wonder if this was a commentary on mankind's hubris or just pure horror fun.

There were parts where the pacing slowed down, but I still found myself eager to find out what happens next. Wondering if this was an intentional choice to build atmosphere.
