Eragon

Seeing Eragon grow from innocence to hero was compelling, but I'm curious if the focus on a rural upbringing was a deliberate decision or evolved during writing.

The different cultures, histories, and magic systems felt deeply fleshed out. I wonder how much of that was planned from the start versus developed as the story unfolded.

The pacing felt just right to me, but I’d love to hear what guided the choices to focus on certain moments over others or to slow down for emotional beats.
