The gradual revelation of their past added a lot of tension, but I wonder what led to the choice of withholding certain details for so long.

The unreliable narrator kept me questioning what was real — was that an intentional part of the suspense or did it evolve during writing?

The story felt carefully balanced, with moments of slow introspection and rapid twists. I’d love to know if that was planned from the start.
