The way the story portrays the struggles of Black officers in a segregated Atlanta felt so real and raw. I wonder how much of this was inspired by true events or research.

The characters are caught between their duty and their morals, which made me reflect on how difficult justice can be in a corrupt system. Did anyone else find themselves sympathizing with characters on both sides?

Switching between different officers and community members added layers to the narrative. I'm curious whether this was planned from the start or developed during the writing process.
