The tension picked up again towards the end, but I wondered if the slower part was intentional to build character depth or suspense.

It kept the story layered and engaging, but I’m curious if it was planned from the start or evolved as writing went on.

The emotional moments felt raw but didn't detract from the suspense. I’d love to know if that was a conscious choice or just how the story unfolded.
