The setting feels richly detailed and immersive. I'm curious whether the author mapped out the magic and lore beforehand or developed them organically during writing.

The story shifts between action and introspection, which made me wonder if this was intentional to develop characters or if I just lost momentum partway through.

Krabbelman’s character feels so distinct and layered. I wonder what inspired those specific quirks and how much of his personality evolved during the writing process.
