The Principles of Product Development Flow

Given the evolving nature of product development, I wonder what influenced the selection of principles and how they’ve been adapted for modern tech environments.

The ideas about reducing work-in-progress and managing flow seemed practical, but I'm curious how others have implemented these in real projects.

Reinertsen's approach feels like a fresh take on lean. I wonder what motivated him to refine or rethink earlier ideas in this second edition.
