I'm curious about what motivated the choice to explore themes of power and mystery in a story aimed at younger readers. Was there a particular message or experience that sparked this idea?

The pacing kept me hooked, but I wondered if the mix of suspense and fun was intentional throughout or if some parts could have been more focused.

The world-building really stood out to me, and I’d love to know if it was based on a real place or if it grew from the story’s needs.
