As someone unfamiliar with military culture, I wondered how much of the portrayal was based on real experiences versus fiction. Did anyone else feel immersed or find parts a bit idealized?

Their connection felt genuine and layered, but I’m curious what specific moments or traits really brought that to life for others.

The pacing between intimate moments and action was seamless, but I wonder if that was a conscious choice or just evolved naturally during writing.
