I'm curious about what motivated Steve Andreas to see NLP as a breakthrough method and how he believed it could change lives. Was there a particular experience that sparked this perspective?

Some of the methods seemed straightforward, but I wonder how effective they are in real-world situations. Has anyone tried them consistently and seen results?

With so many methods out there, it’s interesting to see the choices made in highlighting certain techniques. What do you think guided those decisions?
