Basic Writings of Nietzsche

Given Nietzsche's vast oeuvre, I'm curious how the editors decided which texts to feature here and what they believe best represent his philosophy.

His ideas about morality being a construct made me reevaluate some of my beliefs. How did others interpret his stance on good and evil?

I've heard these are foundational texts, but some parts seem dense. Would a beginner find this a good starting point or should I read an introduction first?
