Wall of Silence

The shifting viewpoints added layers to the mystery, but I'm curious if this was planned from the start or developed during writing.

It made me wonder how much of the story was driven by the characters' own choices versus external forces. Did it keep others guessing as well?

I felt the story built tension well, but at times I wondered if some twists could have been more fleshed out or came too quickly.
