Inherit the Wind

The courtroom scenes feel so charged and timeless — I wonder what motivated the choice to frame it as a dramatic play rather than a straightforward history.

The characters are so morally complex, which made me question whether justice was truly served on either side. I’m curious if others felt the same tension.

Even though it’s set in the 1920s, the themes seem so relevant today. Did anyone else find parallels with modern science vs. religion discussions?
