The descriptions of fireside evenings and festive traditions really brought the Christmas spirit to life. Did it make others feel like they were right there?

The festive backdrop added so much warmth, but I wonder if the author intentionally used Christmas to symbolize hope and new beginnings or if it just fit the story naturally.

The story took its time building relationships and setting the scene, which I appreciated, but I’m curious if that was a deliberate choice to enhance the cozy feel.
