The dark, suspenseful tone really drew me in. I'm curious whether the author based it on real locations or crafted it entirely from imagination.

The story had intense moments but also some slower stretches. Was that intentional to build suspense or to develop characters?

The story kept me guessing, but I wonder if the structure was planned from the start or if it evolved during writing.
