Badlands

The desolate and rugged landscape adds a unique atmosphere to the story. I wonder if the author drew from personal experience or research.

The tension picked up again towards the end, but I found myself wondering if that was intentional or just the natural flow of the plot.

It added depth to the character, but I’m curious whether this was planned from the start or evolved during writing.
