The world feels rich and alive, but I'm curious if the focus on magic was always meant to serve the characters' growth or if it evolved differently during writing.

It’s rare to find romance that feels natural in fantasy, and I’d love to hear if others thought it complemented the adventure or detracted from it.

The mythological aspects are so vivid — I wonder if the author drew from particular myths or created these beings entirely from imagination.
