The Devil Crept In

The rural, isolated environment adds so much to the tension. I'm curious whether the author based it on a real place or crafted it entirely from imagination.

The characters' psychological struggles felt very raw and real, but it also made me wonder how much of that was rooted in the author's own experiences or research.

The story has moments of genuine heartbreak alongside its scares. I'm interested in how the pacing was managed to keep both elements impactful.
