Sentinel of Time

The concept of controlling or altering time adds such a fascinating layer to the fantasy world. I'm curious whether this idea stemmed from a specific myth, personal interest, or a desire to explore consequences of power.

The romantic moments felt both passionate and fraught with danger, which made me wonder how much of that was planned versus evolving naturally during writing. It's such a fine line to walk!
