The playful tone makes history accessible, but I wonder how much research went into keeping it accurate yet fun for kids.

The artwork adds so much personality to the characters. I’m curious if the illustrations were planned from the start or evolved during the process.

These figures are central to American history, but I wonder if the author considered including others or if these four were chosen for a particular reason.
