The Sandman's villain feels layered and nuanced, which made me wonder how much of that was planned from the start versus developed during writing.

The story seemed to take its time to develop certain characters and plot points. I'm curious if this was a deliberate choice to heighten tension later on.

The atmosphere felt very vivid and immersive. I wonder whether real places inspired the setting or if everything was crafted from imagination.
