The school setting adds so much to the story’s emotional stakes and conflicts. I wonder if the author drew from personal experiences or imagined the dynamics from scratch.

Her lies kept me guessing about what was true and what was manipulation. It made me wonder how much of her story was genuine versus self-deception.

The push and pull between characters felt realistic but also left me wondering if they’d ever truly open up. Did that resonate with others or feel drawn out?
